Quality Assurance Program

TConneX is a CMMI Level 3 Appraised company, and we rely upon these industry-leading processes to deliver excellence to our customers for each and every project.

Our QUALITY CONTROL PROGRAM outlines management's systematic approach to:

  • Supplying continuous high quality support and management in compliance with the PWS to ensure successful completion of all PWS requirements, in concert with the government's Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
  • Evaluating contract staff competency and currency of skills, and identifying and mitigating non-conformance
  • Ensuring effective communication and interaction with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and other government staff
  • Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all reports

As a component of the Quality Assurance Program, TConneX develops a QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN (QAP) designed to ensure that technical and managerial performance requirements are met. The QAP is a formal program of audits, document reviews, and client surveys (where applicable), to ensure that staffing and services are performed at a high level of quality. The ability to identify any problems provides an opportunity to focus on their correction at the root cause level and to promote continuous improvements. In general, the organizational arrangements for sound quality practices are requisite for all parties concerned to provide a clear definition of the responsibilities of component groups, develop channels of communication and co-ordinate among them. The QAP is critical to identifying problems or issues, including pervasive or systemic issues which might appear less problematic when viewed individually, and allows opportunities to identify process improvements with the potential to produce excellent service evaluations through external reviews.
